February 2018 at 3:00 p.m. However, Members are hereby requested to make it convenient to attend the same.

- Appointment of Statutory Auditors and remuneration.
- Amendment in Article 28 paragraph two of Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Club ;
“No member shall be completed his to insert 5(five) instead of 2 (two) years Permanent Membership
- Amendment of Article 20 Appendix “C” replaced and inserted amount in the parenthesis.

| Special Resolutions:
-Following resignation of last Statutory Auditors new Auditors to be proposed & Passed. – To serve effectively/efficiently in the Governing Body by the permanent members. – Subscription for Resident Permanent members & temporary Members reduced to extend privilege and integrate the charges on easy payment by the members to facilitate the amenities regularly at the Club. Annual Subscription one time subscription being levied upon to non-resident member/s annually which became meagre compared to resident members that is why the proposal being placed for increment. -To make profit oriented department and facilitate the members & guest/s of the Club – As per prayer application of Darjeeling Resorts Pvt. Ltd., along with letter of Mountain Inn Pvt. Ltd., for relief of lease as well as staffs representations. |
