Established in 1909, the Darjeeling Gymkhana Club Ltd. holds a significant place in the tourism map of Darjeeling, also known as the “Queen of Hills.” This well-equipped club boasts of top-notch facilities for both indoor and outdoor games and is prominently located above Mall Road, adjacent to Raj Bhawan.

Currently, the club has a membership strength of approximately 400 permanent members and 49 special members, primarily comprising of 1st Class Gazetted Officers. Additionally, every year, around 500 visitors become temporary members, with a majority of them being foreign tourists.
