NOTICE

As per suggestion of the Chairman the notification in respect of Article 28 of the Memorandum & Articles of the Association of the Club, I give below a true extract of Articles No.28 for kind perusal of the Hon’ble members willing to serve on the Committee for the year 2020-21 & 2021-22. Accordingly willing Member may kindly register their names from 1^st July 2020 in the Office till 17:00 hrs of 10^th July 2020 in the enclosed prescribed Performa under the following terms & conditions:-

1. The Permanent Members should be completed 2 years of membership.
2. No Permanent Members shall be entitled to register his/her name as a candidate to serve on the Committee unless sums which are in arrear for 3 (three) months at the time of registration have been paid. The bills to be cleared upto 30^th April 2020 to qualify for the registration of Committee Member of the Club.
3. The term of Committee (Governing Body) of the Club shall be for 2 years vide Annual General Meetings held on 29/09/2018.
4. The house unanimously decided that term of the elected office bearers would be two years. First year they will hold Annual General Meeting and in the second year there will be Annual General Meeting with election.
5. Please collect prescribed (numbered) form numbered from Sri. Satish Gurung, Office Asst of the Club . Office before registration and submit to him.

ARTICLES NO.28

“On the 1^st July each year the Secretary shall post a notice in the Front Hall of the Club asking Members of the Company who are willing to serve on the Committee for the ensuing year to register their names in the office. This register will be closed on the 10^th July. Only members whose names are so registered shall be eligible as candidate for election to the Committee at the General Meeting. The names of the members willing to serve shall be entered in the Agenda and be circulated to members. No members shall be entitled to register his name as a candidate to serve on the Committee unless sums which are in arrear for 3 (three) months at the time of registration have been paid before the registration and also has not completed his 2 (two) year Permanent Membership”.
