DASHAIN & DEEWALI FESTIVAL 2018

Dear Sir,

With a view to welcome the festive season in a traditional fashion and set the tune for the incoming festivals the Governing Body request your gracious presence with family and friends at “Dahain & Deewali Fenstival” on Sunday 4^th November 2018 from 6 p.m. onwards at the Club Banquet Hall.

A local food feasta will follow a DJ & dance programme.

A nominal participation charges as given under, will be charged for the evening’s activities:

1. Member Rs.500/- per person       
2. Member Couple Rs.800/-
3. Guest Single Rs.650/-      
4. Guests Couple Rs.1000/-                                               
5. Children below 12 yrs of age will be our guests on the house.

Drinks will be served against cash coupons only.

A timely confirmation from your end will help us in planning the show well and save you from last minute disappointment. You may kindly fill up the attached performa as a token of your confirmation and collect the entry Cards against cash payment from the Club Office latest by 2 p.m. on Friday 2^nd November 2018.

You have the liberty to be present in your traditional attire to add colour to the gaiety.

Kindly note that in view of the above, normal Club facilities would not be available on 4^th November 2018.
